The DigiNook is operated by Ayoub Hazzaz, an individual freelancer based in Morocco, offering digital products to customers worldwide.

These terms explain the conditions applicable to purchases and use of our digital products. They do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Digital products
Our products include downloadable PDFs and other digital files. No physical product is shipped.
Before purchasing, read the relevant product description for the included contents, language, formats, printing options, software requirements and any product-specific limitations.
Editable files, source files and additional resources are included only where expressly offered.
Prices and payment
Payments are accepted through PayPal.
Review the currency, product price and complete amount displayed before confirming payment. Only use a payment method you are authorised to use.
Provide accurate information needed to process your purchase and respond to any support request.
Delivery
After successful payment, you can access a page on our website to download your purchased product.
Save your files to a device you can access. Use software compatible with the stated file format.
If you cannot locate or download your purchase, email hazzazoyoub59@gmail.com with your payment receipt or transaction reference.

Resale permission
Customers who purchase either of the following products directly from The DigiNook may resell the purchased digital product:
- Air Fryer for Two: 30 Protein-Packed Weeknight Dinners.
- Little Guests, Big Day – Printable Kids’ Wedding Activity Book.
This permission covers the direct purchaser’s own resale. It does not itself authorise the purchaser to grant resale rights to their customers.
Resale permission does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. It does not itself grant permission to edit or rebrand the product, claim authorship, or use separate logos and promotional materials.
For other products, resale rights apply only where expressly stated in the relevant product offer or license.
Customer responsibilities
Use products within the permissions granted. Check the stated formats and requirements before purchasing, and follow any supplied instructions.
Do not interfere with the website, payment processing or another customer’s access.
When reselling an authorised product, accurately describe what you are offering and do not represent yourself as The DigiNook or promise permissions you have not received.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights concerning cancellation, non-delivery, defective content, misleading descriptions or another legally protected matter.
