Digital products only

The DigiNook sells downloadable PDFs and other digital files to customers worldwide. No physical product is shipped.

The contents, formats and features included with each purchase are those stated on the relevant product page.

Receiving your purchase

Choose your digital product.
Complete payment through PayPal.
After successful payment, access the download page on our website.
Follow the download links and save the files to your device.

Please keep your payment receipt or transaction reference in case you need assistance.

Saving and opening files

Download your files to a device where you can locate and open them.

PDF files require a compatible PDF reader or application. If your purchase includes a ZIP archive, extract the archive before opening the files inside.

For printable products, follow any included printing guide, select the appropriate paper size and test one page before printing a complete pack.

Download access

Save a personal backup of your purchased files.

This policy does not promise a particular number of downloads, lifetime access or permanent online storage.

If a link is unavailable or no longer works, contact us so we can verify your purchase and help restore access.

Download access and permission to share or resell a product are separate matters. See the applicable product license and our Terms & Conditions.

Download support

If a download fails, check your internet connection, available device storage and compatibility with the file format.

If the problem continues, email hazzazayoub59@gmail.com with your payment receipt or transaction reference and a description of the issue.

After verifying your purchase, we provide the product or a download link again.

Redact unrelated transactions and unnecessary financial information from receipts.

Missing or incorrect products

Our support process does not remove any mandatory customer right or remedy.
